Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi)...the brain herb

Bacopa monieri (Brahmi)

Also known as the “smart brain herb”, initial studies in human and animal models suggest Bacopa may support learning, memory, and mood by acting on 5-HT receptors and by possibly lowering acetylcholinesterase (AChE) which may increase both the level and duration of action of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
