Phyllantus umbilica

Phyllantus umblica is a bitter-sour fruit which is very highly prized in the Ayurveda medicine. With a very high anti-Oxidant quotient it is a potent antipyretic, analgesic, anti-atherogenic, adaptogenic,  wound healing, anti-atherosclerotic, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective, and neuroprotective properties.
